gr8 day today. me,ck, ziqi and eddie met at mac ritchie at 9.30am. yes...we went to the hsbc tree top trail, at last. the route to the trail was 5km. but the whole tree top trail was like only 480m?? so short! but the trail was one of the longest moments of my life. as you know, i'm scared of heights. and when i looked down...OMG! so high! didnt know that the tress could grow till such height. from afar we could see the reservoir too! magnificant view. we took some pic during the walk. i'll upload them as soon as i'm free. ck walked the fastest....becoz he was scared lah! haha...and me and eddie was like jumping on the bridge, hoho. after the trail, we had to climb so many stairs...it reminded me of those VM days..later on we continued walking from mac ritchie back to bukit timah hill. the whole route was about 10km i think. we walked on the highway, through forested trails. saw monkeys and a dead lizard (yuck). we walked for a whole 3hrs back to bukit timah market and drank sugar cane! the whole walk was quite fulfiling. later on we played pool at mambo which was quite boring. some of you may think i'm siao to walk such a distance. but it's becoz of these interesting routes in s'pore that make s'pore so fancinating! to me it beats walking around orchards for hours. hmm..i'll soon be exploring more interesting routes around sg, anyone interested?
