what happens when you cant sleep and you have these recurring thoughts..
it just strikes you back and stings you. you gladly know you shouldn't be thinking about it butyou just can't help it.
the stupid habit just kicks back in. how can one truly eradicate this addiction? i've yet to found it..i guess when i've cured it then i can move on. you know you're supposed to study and focus but it's during times like this...all these just keeps coming back. ugh...i'm having withdrawal symptom. anyone out there that can help me solve the unsolvable?
writing this entry doesn't seem to solve the problem..
