Dear class A0*,

This is ******, your EG1108 tutor for Sem II 2006/2007. Because of some confusion and misunderstanding, I wasn’t aware that the tutorial class starts this week.
I am sorry to all who had waited in vain on the 17th Jan. Rest assured, such thing will not happen again to you guys. :)

This email is to confirm that tutorial 1 will be held on *** Jan, Wednesday from 1400 to 1500 at E1-*****.
We will then schedule a make up class to catch up with the rest of your lecture mates.

Nice Weekend,
****
