i've been on an eating feast. so far for the past 2 days, i've eaten these. pizza (regular), chao guo tiao, fish n chips, half a chicken from my fav ke ai ji stall, apple pie, ramen from ajisen, ice cream cone (3 scoops), 2 small bao, 1 packet of khong guan lemon puff(not the individual pack but the whole pack!),bak chok mee, rojak stall near my pri sch, my fav satay meehoon from bukit timah market n as usual my daily dosage of milo.
i'm feeling soooooo FAT! i was an jurong point awhile ago and i distinctively remembered that the mos burger branch at jp sells my fav milkshake. i happily queued for it! in fact, the 2 girls infront of me brought 2 cups of my fav strawberry milkshake. then when it was my turn, i got this stupid reply: "there's no more milkshake. anything else instead?" WAH PIANG! WHY I SO SUAY!!! why i could eat all the nice food but i couldnt just have a slip of my fav milkshake! i'm having milkshake withdrawal syndrome...

life is great when i'm not studying! played mahjong at evan's place today. though didnt win but nvm lah. $3 only. haha...there wasnt any "spectaculars" compare to what happened at yh's place but it's a good break from school. it's good to know that common eng people are fun people afterall! haha! evan was like saying maybe we should have a regular mahjong session after the exams for our class people. yeah! i guess we can only do this at his place since his house so big! i'm totally jealous with people who lives in land propety. besides, he also has 2 cute dogs (vee look at this) and he has a drum set, an electric guitar and a keyboard! haha...what a band! later on, went for a run. is really good sweat it out and unknowingly my mind feels lighter after running. i guess i throw away alot of stuff from my brain...
thursday at school was also rather slack because of the rain again! i hope this rain will start going away. SS lecture was quite interesting this time because there was a guest speaker. i cant really remember his name but he's a blind. he talks about his volunteerism acts, the books he wrote and sort of what he life experiences..bla. quite interesting though. next up was mle lect, the lecture again showed us another video! plastic video...haha..quite interesting to see how plastic was actually manufactured. this lect is so obessed abt mentioning the economic cost factors of plastic, like which plastic is cheap? anyway, the cheapest plastic out there is PVC. he showed us his silicon rubber made fake hand. he also mentioned that cars nowadays have bumpers because of the defination of a car, not that the bumper helps to absorbs impacts. it's quite crappy lah...hah

talking about the weather again..
it has been rainning continuously this month and this has not been helping me at all! the rain made the whole environment so conducive for sleeping. it gets especially worst when i'm at home, the raindrops falling, misty windows, natural cool breeze and the sight of my bed! these truely makes me wanna nua...
anyway, the rainy days also sort of describes my life now too? it has been rainning non-stop! things happened one after another.lightning,storms,drizzle,thunders...anything but a rainbow! i tried to be focus already but somehow it's not working. i think i need to clear away the grey clouds so i can see the sunlight!
today happened yet another heavy downpour, i dont understand the sudden outburst in certain people. lucky i was late, if not i will just blow a hurricane towards you guys. i dont understand what's the fuss about? haiz...i guess whatever decisions made can never satisify everyone.
tests, tutorials blah blah...i need to understand u guys more instead of trying to figure out what's on other people's mind. however when i face all my academic stuff, the haze will come! and i will only vaguely vaguely see through all my stuff. didnt blogged for the past few days coz i was buried under tests and tests and test. i think all my studying didnt help at all.
was driving on the road yesterday and i mount kerb while doing a right turn. i was super stunt lah! my first experience. i guess my mind was too preoccupied with my online assignments and test. i truely can't solve many questions. it was very dangerous of me to drive when i'm not thinking straight. then i just stopped the car by the road side to stone. lucky i got back home in one piece.
argh, blogging is supposed to help one destress. but it's not helping me at all! it's agravating it! if i still dont see that rainbow soon, i'll be totally trapped in the rain. i'm so drenched....

| You Are An ESFP |
The Performer You are a natural performer and happiest when you're entertaining others. A great friend, you are generous, fun-loving and optimistic. You love to laugh - and you like almost all people equally. You accept life as it is, and you do your best to make each day fantastic. You would make a good actor, designer, or counselor. |
Aquarius
Turn ons
Aquarius are friendly and fascinating people. They have in-depth knowledge about various subjects and you can converse with them for hours without getting bored. They are capable of giving a lot of love that can be amazing. They have very broad outlook about life and you can relax in their presence. They will always welcome your ideas and actions about humanitarian causes. To keep an Aquarians lover interested you must possess that mysterious and intriguing quality. Once hooked they will always be very faithful to you.
Turn offs
Do not expect or plan a normal, simple and predictable life with an Aquarius partner. Aquarius people are totally unpredictable. They can go to any direction without giving any advance notice. They are basically very restless and get very easily bored. Though they are very friendly but do not expect them to reveal their inner most feelings to you (they will never). They can be very detached and impersonal that you may find very strange. Do not be surprised by this unpredictable quality that may crop up often
my horoscope is more accurate though...

The 90/10 Principle by Stephen Covey
Discover the 90/10 Principle. It will change your life.
What is the 90/10 Principle?
10% of life is made up of what happens to you.
90% of life is decided by how you react.
What does this mean?
We really have no control over 10% of what happens to us.
We cannot stop the car from breaking down.
The plane will be late arriving, which throws our whole schedule off. A driver may cut us off in traffic. We have no control over this 10%.
The other 90% is different.
You determine the other 90%.
How? By your reaction.
You cannot control a red light, but you can control your reaction. Don't let people fool you; YOU can control how you react.
Let's use an example.
You are eating breakfast with your family.
Your daughter knocks over a cup of coffee onto your business shirt. You have no control over what just had happened. What happens next will be determined by how you react.
You curse.
You harshly scold your daughter for knocking the cup over.
She breaks down in tears.
After scolding her, you turn to your spouse and criticize her for placing the cup too close to the edge of the table.
A short verbal battle follows.
You storm upstairs and change your shirt.
Back downstairs, you find your daughter has been too busy crying to finish breakfast and get ready for school. She misses the bus. Your spouse must leave immediately for work. You rush to the car and drive your daughter to school. Because you are late, you drive 40 miles an hour in a 30 mph speed limit. After a 15-minute delay and throwing $60 traffic fine away, you arrive at school. Your daughter runs into the building without saying goodbye. After arriving at the office 20 minutes late, you find you forgot your briefcase. Your day has started terribly. As it continues, it seems to get worse and worse. You look forward to coming home, When you arrive home, you find a small wedge in your relationship with your spouse and daughter. Why? Because of how you reacted in the morning.
Why did you have a bad day?
A) Did the coffee cause it?
B) Did your daughter cause it?
C) Did the policeman cause it?
D) Did you cause it?
The answer is D.
You had no control over what happened with the coffee.
How you reacted in those 5 seconds is what caused your bad day. Here is what could have and should have happened. Coffee splashes over you. Your daughter is about to cry. You gently say, "It's ok honey, you just need, to be more careful next time." Grabbing a towel you rush upstairs. After grabbing a new shirt and Your briefcase, you come back down in time to look through the window and see your child getting on the bus. She turns and waves. You arrive 5 minutes early and cheerfully greet the staff.
Your boss comments on how good the day you are having. Notice the difference? Two different scenarios. Both started the same. Both ended different. Why? Because of how you REACTED. You really do not have any control over 10% of what happens. The other 90% was determined by your reaction.
Here are some ways to apply the 90/10 principle.
If someone says something negative about you, don't be a sponge. Let the attack roll off like water on glass. You don't have to let the negative comment affect you! React properly and it will not ruin your day. A wrong reaction could result in losing a friend, being fired, Getting stressed out etc. How do you react if someone cuts you off in traffic? Do you lose your temper? Pound on the steering wheel? A friend of mine had the steering wheel fall off! Do you curse? Does your blood pressure skyrocket? Do you try and bump them? WHO CARES if you arrive ten seconds later work? Why let the cars ruin your drive?
Remember the 90/10 principle, and do not worry about it.
You are told you lost your job. Why lose sleep and get irritated? It will work out. Use your worrying energy and time into finding another job. The plane is late; it is going to mangle your schedule for the day. Why take out your frustration on the flight attendant? She has no control over what is going on. Use your time to study, get to know the other passenger. Why get stressed out? It will just make things worse.
Now you know the 90-10 principle.
Apply it and you will be amazed at the results.
You will lose nothing if you try it.
The 90-10 principle is incredible.
Very few know and apply this principle.
The result? Millions of people are suffering from undeserved stress, trials, problems and heartache.
There never seem to be a success in life. Bad days follow bad days. Terrible things seem to be constantly happening. There is constant stress, lack of joy, and broken relationships. Worry consumes time. Anger breaks friendships and life seems dreary and is not enjoyed to the fullest. Friends are lost. Life is a bore and often seems cruel. Does this describe you? If so, do not be discouraged. You can be different! Understand and apply the 90/10 principle. It will change your life.
