i'm procrastinating seriously procrastinating...the evil is overpowering me! Ahahahahah...will someone knock some sense into me! i think it's the problem of the Singapore's education system! it lacks of flexibilty and elasticity! only concentrate on memory power and teach FAR too much. i though they are suppose to "teach less, learn more". instead the EXACT opposite in occuring! AH! i'm getting nuts. U know why? i'm suppose to tackle this mind blogging essay qn, " Does the education system in your country prepare students to be global citizens? ". hwi bee pronounced dead!

today is my class dinner. we went suntec for buffer. the food wasn't that fanatasic but the cakes are yummy. i ate more than 5 slices i think! haha..i was quite fun as we spent most of the time taking photos. i'll upload the phots so other day. too sleepy right now. later on some of them went to watch 'white noise' at lido. while some of us went to the esplanade to take photos again! really have to thank T.T for treating us to dinner. he really treat our class very well sia although we're very good blood stuckers. anyway, other than our class dinner. i was shocked to see ms goh on the 8 days free mag. check out what she said about being a teacher. anyway..her photo is aint fantastic...dont inspire ppl to be a teacher lah! lol....my post shall end here..too tired to continue

sometimes life without a goal is so meaningless. a very good example is today. VM is finally over but for odac today we practically slack! we have no aims and no directions..i'm lost. soon i'll have to find out what i really want. what i want to be when i grow up? i really have no idea! however what really interest me in the 1st place? i'm beginning to lose directions...give me a sign!

i reached school at about 8.15am. i was abit late for chem lecture. it's my usual habit lah. btw it's mr ang's bday today. brought a pencil case for him, coz i couldn't case the ugly pencil box that he was using. anyway, happy bday mr ang! and i'm preparing a surprise for tml! shan't let the cat out of the bag...watch out og14!

today is the competition day for Vertical Marathon. it's held at temasek towers, 51 storeys, 1200 plus steps. Although my team got 10th position we were satisified, we competed against 40 plus teams. CJ grabbed the top 3 positions. Nevertheless 10th position was good! Well Done JJ Odacians!

04S18 stall...

hi! today is a B-E-A-U-TIFUL day! i woke up at 7.40am. decided not to go to school early. i reached jj at 12.30. just in time for chem pract! then settled love fiesta stuff after that. odac was cancelled. abit disappointing. me and waii then went to get the stuff for fruit punch syrup. did u know thaht fruit punch wasn't made from fruit punch syrup??? it was made by mixing, 7up, orange, rose syrup! i was so amazed lah! then we went to dingy place to stuff pearls into the logan. we started at abt 4 and ended at 7pm! we are so efficient lor! i tot we would have to do till the next day. 80 cans of logans settled within 3hr! haha..the nick and the other guys were still baking cookies then. while my gang was all ready and settle. heh! all the planning and worries within the week sured paid off! see lah! u all dont want to plan b4 the carnival. 1 day b4 the carnival then worry! haha..do i sound bad? haiz..i can't help but think that i'm smart! looking forward to tml's love fiesta!

HAVE ALL THE PEARLS EXTINCT? yesterday i had a hard time finding pearls (bubble tea pearls i mean). intially dh was supposed to buy pearls at je but they said the pearls are out of stock. dh mom said b4 new year, there were many packs of pearls on the shelf. dont know why after new yr, all the pearls gone? dont tell me people eat pearls during new year??!! then we discussed this with the class, nick told us that jurong market have pearls. good enough, we roomed around and saw bubble tea syrup, but...there was no pearls! so disappointing. then we decided to go to jp to try our luck at liberty and ntuc. dont have again. we were tired from our 2.4 run so we decided to head home via mrt until we reached the je mrt station. we saw imm. we had this strong convicted that giant would have pearls. but i was wrong again. fancy a big supermart without pearls! we saw a bubble tea stall at giant too and the bubble tea had no pearls one lor! they have white sago only...we were dishearten. then today, we decide to go to bubble tea shops to buy the cooked pearls instead. then we headed for bb. bb have 4 bubble tea shops lah. 1 is closed, 1 dont sell, 1 undecided another 1 still waiting for reply. weird?! why is it so hard just to sell us pearls? we wont steal your business lah! i'm gonna hate pearls after love fiesta.

nothing special so far. i've been mainly entertaining guests in my house. tomorrow is monday! 3 periods of gp and i'm going to act as lucky! by the way, can any one tell me what's the ending for my lucky charm?? what happened to lucky in the end??? i missed it! good luck to me!

happy bday to me. i would say that this year's bday aint very exciting. apparently everyone is in a 'happy new year' mood rather than a 'happy birthday' mood. but nevertheless, i'd like to thank 04s18 pals, my og members, ODAC OCBC!!! and most importantly, my aes friends gang. andy, eddie, ck and my 2 other sis. we were supposed to go swensens but they popped out in my house. super happy. and they brought 2 cakes lah! so much...have to thank all of them. i kindda tired becoz of all the cny and vm thingy...i hope for world peace!

all the red wine and beer. plus the blackjack...haiz...i'm in a crazy cny mood!!!

i watch hotel rwanda finally! it's a great movie. not the typical kind of movies around. it's about genocide in kilawagi (i hoped i spelt it correct). the show very very realistic must watch it! anyway, i went queensway, again! hoping to get my new furry slippers and print odac shirt. however, they dont have the size i wanted for my slippers and there are certain constraints in printing the shirt! so disappointing! however, i managed to get the crumped 3/4 pants that i wanted! lol. at least i have something to celebrate for! cny is approaching...i can't wait!

i recently read an article about chinese students slogging hard in korea. in singapore, there are also many foreign students that really slogged very hard. come to think of it, it is because we are too slack or is it they worked too hard? for me, i feel that i feel that i have too many commitments. unlike foreigners, they come all the way to singapore and their ultimate aim is to get good grades. that's the distinct differents. ogl camp have wasted about 2 weeks, next with love fiesta, followed on the next day is vertical marathon competition. in march, i'll be involved in aesugcamp. in june, there will be odac's atc. ah! i'm so crampped up with activites. quoted from ms chew (my gp tutor), there isn't much time left and you have to start studying now! and here i'm procrastinating...

erm..i slacked throughout the day again. it's a habit of mine! had our class meeting at the grandstand today and discussed about cny, class shirt and love fiesta. then a few of the girls and i went to queensway to check out our class jersey. i think we'll be getting the white nike one. coz it's the only one with s size. later on me, kah leng and christina took 61 home and discuss about love fiesta. i'm so looking forward to it...cny is coming soon.yeah! and it seems like friday today...

i'll be turning 18 soon yet i still feel like a secondary school kid. 18 is a special age. it allows us to watch m-18 movies, you are eligible to drink alcoholic drinks. you are able to go clubbing. you'll be jailed in a prison instead of being kept in a boy's or girl's home. it signifies the change into adult hood. is this good or bad? i've yet to fully comprehend the pros and cons being an adult. but nevertheless, there's always a child in our heart. may i remain young at heart forever!

i was late to school again! for those who know me well enough, this is a usual phenomenon. worst of all that toopid kelvin showed my sms to thomas tan aka darren teo. anyway, my bus pass wasn't collected and it was the 3rd time escaping from it! i feel so proud of myself! school was relatively okay~ i spent quite abit of time copying chem pc05. later on with physics spa and PC! today's pc was one of the best pc i've ever had! ng chor tan just asked us into the art room to clear the stuff inside the room. and we cleared the room for a whole 2 periods, so slack ah! while the other girl group had to run...i pity them! the best thing of all, me and christina 'kope' a big big heart made out of wires. it's really very beautiful! too bad i've got no pictures to show you how it looked like. we hid it in the odac shutter, all thanks to wai yee! for those who want to see how it looked like, come down to JJ @ 19th feb for our 'love fiesta 2'! not only we 'kope' the heart, we kope an uno stako set as well! the s18 girls looked through the paintings in the art room and we thought that if we sold those paintings, at least we can earn money! hence, i declare our s18 class motto to be 'gian peng gian sai'. later on i met some of my og members, they are planning for jun jie's bday party on wed but i can't make it! i have a test on thursday! so sad ah! studies come b4 work ah! kk, shan't crap anymore gonna pour over my books.

i've got no time to lose and no time to waste! lots of stuff are piling up! i hope i'd be able to survive....

ran 4.4km today. then went to np for ug camp meeting. met up with lots of ex-assumptionites. i had alot of fun planning for the camp. as usual, i'm in the activites com! where else can i be man! discussed about ice breaking games, night walk, telematch...the usual stuff! then went to our usual eating place...alameen! ate prata..duhz..did lots of catching up. it felt really good and i'm going to complete my hw now...

today is a busy yet entertaining day for me. celebrated jan babies bday for kel and waii. it was fun lah. the guys tortured kel so terribly..cakes were flying everywhere. then i have to go and pose for the school's coporate magazine, kindda lame. so me and wei jing tried out best to make it looked realistic. later on was odac j1 orientation. the whole orientation was abit messy but it ended off well. there where 90 plus j1s lah! so many...how to cope sia...i heop soon they will be sick of odac and join some other ccas. after the fun bit was the tiring part, it was vm AGAIN! this time was more relaxed but nevertheless, tiring. i ended at 7.30pm and rushed to ngee ann city. why? to support my good buddie becca's dance competition. i was late and i missed her performance! ah...such a pity. the other groups participating in funkamania is good lah. their hip hop moves rulez man! anyway, happy bday becca!
