today is agm. kinda sad that 27th going to step down. i really never regret running for rovers comm even though how cock-up we can get at times. darn and i do really feel like re-running for 28th. but what's the point..the best i can get is vp. i hate the stupid age limit. everyone in the comm seems happy to step down while i still have TF behind my mind. dang...
BUT! i'm looking forward to comm selection trip. my official last trip in 27th comm.

phew...finally got myself a module. i feel so much more safe and secure. okay...now need to think what cca am i going to choose liao. there's so much to choose from. i'm considering between guitar or lifesaving. so extreme right? getting a lifesaving license has been something that i've wanted to attain for quite a long time ago. however, i kept procrastinating. as for my guitar, it has been lying beside my bed for a long long time..collecting dust. hmmm....

and i'm going for 陈琦贞's concert with chop chop! yipee...

just watched this. not bad! i like stories with twists and unexpected endings.
but there're too much loopholes in this movie...
anyway, why all the female actresses acting with jay are not-so-chio. it is becoz so that jay chou can stand out better? hmm...

i was whining on the way home to nic that i wanted to watch 保家卫国 and then he rebutted that it was a stupid show. i retorted that he would feel like that becoz he's in NS and won't like to see the same stuff as to what's he is doing right now. his comment was obviously biased. as for me, i would think this show exposes me to know about what our countrymen are doing for the nation, rather intriguing and amusing too. there's one point of my life i do want to sign on but that feeling slowly subsided when i studied in NUS. many people were complaining about the bonds and committment when one signs on. more people felt that the private sectors offers more opportunites, even though govt sector provides an iron rice bowl. subconsciously, i agree with that statement. the feeling to sign on faded. it was when this arm-fied show came out then i revolked my inner desire to sign on. the uniform, the pride... then nic commented that this show's spells are working on me. yeah, i understand, it's propaganda. our govt's plan of recruiting new blood into the army. it's quite sad that singapore media has so limited things to film on and which most of them are propaganda. 保家卫国，最高点 and some NKF shows...themes are just so limited. no wonder our media industy isnt triving as well as America. our range is just so limited...time to film more interesting stuff man!

met up with odac girls. it has been years since i've met them..really. sharon was msning me asking whether i'm coming for the outing and when i replied "yes", she types out "FINALLY", in caps! pengz...like as if i always missed their outings! it's either i have camps or i'm overseas. why always so qiao one! great to see vee back from australia! and you know what....i still can't accept the fact that she's coming back again in dec!! you've got too much money to burn uh? taking planes like buses.. anyway, we had dinner @ spizza. let me rate the place. everything is out of 5.

so overall, it's quite a good place to dine afterall. we were lucky to get a 1 for 1 deal too. catch up and stuff...ah..i really do wanna visit vietnam! i wanna climb fansipan! any sponsors out there???
later on we went to st james power station. yeah! i finally step my foot into that place. i would say that the power station is spacious and beautiful. the layouts and the design of the building is unique. music wise is okay, for youngsters please strictly visit powerhouse only, don't attempt dragonfly. overall, the crowd is old. you can see some uncles and aunties shaking their booties around. i'm quite glad that not many drank tiger. lol! but for all the ladies out that, wednesday is really a good day to get there. free entry plus 5 complimentary drinks, not to mention that the variety of free drinks is wide too!

woke up late! yippy! watched the ocean's eleven. really a good movie...but i still think thirteen was better.
had shrek og outing today. ate at hmv vil'lage, then went to minds cafe for games. quite fun ah..but as i walked down boat quay i really felt like drinking. even though i drank quite recently ago..but it was at a different venue. drinking by the river under the reflections of the pub lights...it would be more serene, calming and peaceful. with my magarita....
i'm going to miss tml's samburu outing...damn!

Watched this play today. Really good, should catch it! I wont say that it's not very difficult to understand it. A light-hearted and comtemporary approach towards shakespeare's play. Moreover, it's showing at fort canning! the ambience and settings are really cool..
Really glad that it only drizzled at some parts during the show. Lucky that it didnt rain..Anyway, i love carl's junior chili cheese fries more and more and more.....




brief review of what i've done...
basically nothing much, did some sales at isetan. i must say that there's ALOT of tai-tais out there. they can spend over $100++ within a blink of an eye. i've seen lots of ppl with receipts as long as the toilet rolls that i use! eek! i would say this is my first attempt at sales job. i took up this offer as i was free on that day and maybe have an experience with sales job. i'm not after the meagre pay. i would say that sales experience is not so fun after all. very boring and you've got to entertain and smile to the clients. i'm not an aggressive seller, unlike the aunties out there trying to earn a few cents of commission. nah...it doesnt really matters to me. you want you buy, i'm here just to offer a few cents worth of my comments. haha...
and this ms xxx asked to me work on sunday becoz of this crazy sales going on, ah so sian!!! aiya, so i just give her face lor...no more sales anymore! boring boring..unless the commission is above $10! or else forget it!
currently just completed the alchemist. now on to reading the whole collection of adrian moles' diaries. i'm going for light-hearted stuff now...something dumb and silly.
and i went sentosa! yeah...hopefully i looked abit tanner now. i feel much more healthier.

no motivation to start doing what i'm supposed to do...life in sg is boring...

got back from ophir already! yes...and i finally reached the summit. weather this time round was fantastic! it started rainning only on the last day when we reached the base.
this trek was tougher than i've expected. i've got a stupid burst blister at the base of my left foot and it's so stingy. i hope participants would never bring lousy footwear next time round. spare my foot! besides the foot, my thighs and calves are aching from the exhaustive trek.
the summit and view of ophir wasnt as spectacular as i've expected it to be. honestly, i'm quite disappoint. the primary goal of all trekkers is to get a beautiful and magnificant view at the summit or from the surrounding terrains. however, ophir wasnt that beautiful. using equity theory( some theory that i've learnt from mno), input > output= unsatisfied!
participants for ophir trek were good too! i knew half of them already. haha. some of them went berke with me b4. the new participants were very enthu too! in fact, most of them were zai. one group belonged to hc oac, zai man! another had trekked at berke before. so not much of help was needed. one of the participant was stung by a bee though. but clever me, the relative of bees remove the needle! hee.. 6 girls and 12 guys= loads of fun & laughter.

nevertheless, it really feels good to get out from the bustle of the city and bring yourself into the wilderness. stars at ophir were nice too, we had many cloudless days so stars were really visible. we saw turtle and many fishes too...chatted through the night, though not for a long time due to our tireness. this time round, we didnt gossiped and bitched much. no more traffic light games..instead we talked about more general stuff. about the government system, about singapore, about nus...everything under the stars. good to just crap and complain all night long..
tml is datuk trek, xl is sick and asking for a replacement. i really felt like gg but it's such a short notice! and with my stupid left foot, i doubt i can trek very quickly.
i'll be quite free next week..call me anytime wor!
anyway, for those who wanna look at stars in sg. the best place to see stars would be mandai zoo. i'm no kidding! i used to work there till wee hours and whenever i look above the skys, the stars are shining ever so brightly. the zoo dont have electric lamps, they only have fire torches. so there's minimal light pollution in the zoo. the night safari tries to dim all the lights in the surrounding too. yah..so if you're so bored and have nth better to do. why not cycle down to the zoo and look at the stars?

yes. my exams are over. the whole world around me seems to have FANTASTIC plans about their 3 months holidays, going to work, travelling blah blah blah...all come and boast to me until i cannot take it!

i wouldnt say my 3mth holiday is very interesting..yah but it's quite fruitful i guess. so far my activities are planned till july only..activities are in order of time .
